Hiring Snapshot is an independent affiliate of HighLevel, Inc. (the operator of GoHighLevel). We are not an official partner, employee, or reseller of HighLevel.

This costs you nothing extra. The price HighLevel charges you is identical to going to their website directly. The commission comes from HighLevel’s marketing budget, not from your pocket.

Why we recommend GoHighLevel

Our Hiring Snapshot product is built on top of GoHighLevel. We use GHL every day to run our own business. We recommend it because:

  • It bundles SMS, email, calendars, pipelines, and forms into one platform
  • Per-account pricing scales reasonably for small-to-mid staffing agencies
  • The platform is actively maintained with regular feature releases
  • Their API is documented and stable enough for serious integration work

We would recommend GHL even without the affiliate commission — the commission is a side effect of recommending what we use ourselves.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t pretend not to be affiliated. This disclosure exists for that reason.
  • We don’t recommend GHL for situations where it’s the wrong fit (e.g. enterprise staffing with deep VMS integration needs — we honestly point those clients at Bullhorn).
  • We don’t get paid to write specific reviews. Our comparison content (/comparisons) is honest about where GHL wins and where it doesn’t.
