We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of snapshot installation. If the Hiring Snapshot does not fit your workflow within 30 days, email us at support@hiringsnapshotforghl.com with your order details and we will refund your purchase in full.

What’s covered

  • The $997 Hiring Snapshot one-time purchase
  • Any portion of bonus services we delivered as part of the snapshot package

What’s not covered

  • Your GoHighLevel subscription (paid directly to GoHighLevel — refund per their policy)
  • Third-party service fees (Stripe processing, A2P 10DLC registration if separately billed, SMS/voice usage on GHL)
  • Custom-engineering work delivered under separate agreement (handled per the engagement contract)

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@hiringsnapshotforghl.com with your order ID and “Refund request” in the subject line.
  2. Briefly tell us what didn’t work — your feedback helps us improve future snapshots.
  3. We confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

After 30 days

After 30 days from installation, all sales are final, except where required by law (consumer-protection regulations in your jurisdiction may override this).

Disputes

If a refund request is disputed (e.g. our team has already delivered significant custom configuration that wasn’t refundable), we’ll work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution. Email us first — we resolve almost everything without escalating.
