Welcome to Hiring & Staffing GHL Snapshot. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing the snapshot or using our website hiringsnapshotforghl.com.
By using the site or purchasing the snapshot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
What you’re buying
The “Hiring Snapshot” is a one-time-purchase configuration package for the GoHighLevel platform. It includes:
- A GoHighLevel snapshot file containing pre-built pipelines, workflows, forms, templates, and tags configured for staffing agencies and recruiting firms
- Done-for-you installation of the snapshot into your GoHighLevel sub-account by our team
- 10 dedicated hours of customization, usable within 15 days of installation
- 1 year of free snapshot updates
- 30-day money-back guarantee (see Refund Policy below)
The Hiring Snapshot is not a license for GoHighLevel itself. You must maintain your own active GoHighLevel subscription, paid directly to GoHighLevel, for the snapshot to function.
Pricing & payment
The current price for the Hiring Snapshot is $997 USD (one-time) — discounted from $1,697. Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe or PayPal.
We may change pricing for future customers at any time. Customers who already purchased are not affected by future price changes.
Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of snapshot installation. If the snapshot does not fit your workflow within 30 days, email us at support@hiringsnapshotforghl.com with your order details and we will refund your purchase in full.
After 30 days, all sales are final, except where required by law.
Your responsibilities
By using the snapshot you agree:
- To maintain an active GoHighLevel subscription
- To comply with all applicable laws governing your staffing/recruiting business — including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), state pay-transparency laws (CA, CO, NY, WA, etc.), and any applicable state staffing-agency licensure requirements
- To obtain proper consent before sending SMS or automated calls to candidates or hiring managers
- Not to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the snapshot to other parties
- Not to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our pre-built configurations to compete with us
TCPA, EEOC, FCRA — your obligations
The snapshot ships with consent capture, STOP-keyword handling, EEO self-identification opt-in, FCRA standalone disclosure, and audit logging configured by default. However, ultimate compliance is your responsibility as the operator. We provide tools and defaults; you remain accountable for:
- Capturing proper consent before any automated communication
- Honoring opt-out requests immediately
- Complying with EEOC, OFCCP, ADA, and state-specific employment regulations
- FCRA pre-adverse and adverse action procedures when using third-party background checks
- State staffing-agency licensure where applicable
We are not an employer of record, recruiter, staffing licensee, or attorney. Consult a labor or employment attorney for compliance questions specific to your shop.
Intellectual property
The snapshot content, including but not limited to pre-built pipelines, workflows, copy templates, custom fields, and documentation, is owned by Hiring & Staffing GHL Snapshot. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the snapshot inside your own GoHighLevel sub-account.
You retain ownership of your own candidate data, contacts, customizations made by your team, and content you create using the snapshot.
Affiliate disclosure
We are an independent affiliate of HighLevel, Inc. (the operator of GoHighLevel). Links to gohighlevel.com on this site may be affiliate links — if you sign up using one, we may earn a commission. This costs you nothing extra; the price HighLevel charges is identical to going directly. We are not an official partner, employee, or reseller of HighLevel.
Disclaimers
The snapshot is provided as-is and as-available. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific revenue/placement goals. Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (market, candidate availability, your sales process, your team).
We do not guarantee specific placement counts, revenue lifts, or business outcomes. Illustrative outcomes shown on our site are anonymized composites — your results will vary.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of the snapshot. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the snapshot if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms us, our customers, or third parties. In the event of termination, you may continue to use the GoHighLevel configuration you already installed; we may revoke future support and updates.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith first; if not resolved within 60 days, they may be brought in the courts of the appropriate U.S. jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
